DANEL TRADE LIMITED accepts eligible domestic returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Final-sale items, gift cards, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return.
How to start a return
Email info@danel.trade with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will review the request and send next steps during regular business hours.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective or the wrong item was sent. Please keep your return tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@danel.trade within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
